Austin Air has assembled a filter to trap the allergens caused by pets. The Pet Machine addresses the complete spectrum of air cleaning, removing sub-micron particles, noxious gases and chemicals. The Pet Machine uses HEPA technology to trap airborne dust and dander, while the special carbon blend will help reduce many pet odors that linger in the air. Austin Air’s 360-degree intake system draws air into all sides of The Pet Machine, passing it through a 4-stage filter. Every minute, over 250 cubic feet of air passes through 15 pounds of Activated Carbon and over 60 square feet of True Medical Grade HEPA, providing air so clean it could change your life and how you sleep.

Cleaning Area: The Pet Machine will filter up to 1,500 square feet efficiently (one room with 8 foot ceilings) and 400 cfm (cubic feet per minute) on the high setting.
Filter Media: The Austin Pet Machine is a 4 stage filtration system.
Stage 1 is a large particle pre-filter that removes particles easily seen by the naked eye (e.g. dust, hair and pet dander).
Stage 2 is a medium particle pre-filter that removes small to medium size particles (e.g. molds, spores and pollen).
Stage 3 is 15 pounds of specialty carbons and zeolite to remove chemicals, gases and odors (e.g. formaldehyde and ammonia).
Stage 4 is 60 feet of True Medical Grade HEPA to remove harmful micro-organisms (e.g. bacteria and viruses).
Filter Change: Austin Air filters are designed to last for an amazing 5-years, under normal residential use. If you feel that the filter needs to be changed within the 5 years Austin Air offers a 5-year pro-rated filter warranty, by far the most comprehensive in the industry. No more costly filter replacements every few months or even years.
Warranty: Your Austin Air cleaner is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5-years from the date of purchase; provided your Austin Air cleaner was operated under normal residential use and that you have completed and returned your warranty registration to Austin Air Systems.
Return Policy: In the event the unit isn’t working out for you, you may return it within 2 weeks of purchase. You must contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization number. Complete the return form that was sent with your invoice. Be sure to include any materials you received, such as the instruction booklet, as well as any parts that may have come with the unit. All units must be put in a separate box so that there are no shipping labels or writing on the original packaging. We suggest you insure the package and all return shipping charges are your responsibility. Upon its return, the unit will be inspected, and if it is in resellable condition we will credit you back less a 10% restocking fee.
