Taken as one enteric coated capsule twice per day on an empty stomach, it is formulated with the unique Restore Systemic Enzyme Blend, which has higher levels of bromelain and papain along with protease enzymes. FYI Restore uses a natural algae-based enteric coating to ensure the sensitive enzymes are released in the small intestine intact for maximum absorption and effectiveness.
