Adults and adolescents 14 years and over: Dilute 1 drop of this product in 7 drops of water and take 2 drops of this dilution, once daily.
Adolescents 9-13 years: Dilute 1 drop of this product in 7 drops of water and take 1 drop of this dilution, once daily.
